QUICK AND EASY BURRITOS

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fat-free refried beans

2 low-carb, whole-wheat tortillas

2 ounces of Mozzarella cheese


Instructions:

Add beans and cheese to the center of each tortilla. Fold and wrap each burito in a paper towel. Microwave for 30-60 seconds.

Add cilanto, tomatoes, onions, or sala, as desired.
