Medical Food Recipes


For all smoothie and shake recipes, blend ingredients in a blender or food processor to

desired consistency.



Berry Dream Smoothie



2 scoops Vanilla UltraMeal

¼ cup frozen berries

½ cup unsweetened soymilk

½ cup water



For added fiber and omega-3s, add 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

German Chocolate Smoothie



2 scoops Dutch Chocolate UltraMeal

¼ cup light coconut milk

½ cup water

2-4 ice cubes



Peach Melba Smoothie



2 Vanilla UltraMeal

½ fresh peach (no skin)

¾ cup water

2-4 ice cubes



Strawberry Banana Smoothie



2 scoops Strawberry UltraMeal

½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries

¾ cup soy milk

2-4 ice cubes

For all custard and pudding recipes, mix with a hand blender or food processor



Silken Banana Custard



1 scoop Banana Blast UltraMeal

½ cup silken tofu



Dutch Chocolate Mousse



1 scoop Dutch Chocolate UltraMeal

½ cup plain yogurt



Mango Lassi



1 scoop Vanilla UltraMeal

½ cup frozen mangos

¾ cup soy milk



Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie



1 scoop Dutch Chocolate UltraMeal

¾ cup cooked oatmeal (cooled)

¼ cup non-sweetened chocolate soy milk
