Salmon, Red Potato and Asparagus Salad


  • 1 lb Salmon, broiled
  • 1 lb New Potatoes
  • 3/4 lb Asparagus
  • 4 Sun-ripened Dried Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice Raw
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Dill Weed, Fresh
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • 10 oz Mixed Baby Greens
  • 3 stalk Fresh GREEN ONIONS


  • Toss and your ready to eat
