Tangy Tuna Salad

Ingredients

1/4 cup lowfat yogurt

1/4 teaspoon curry powder

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon finely chopped dill

1/4 cup chopped celery

1 to 2 tablespoons seedless raisins

1 can Tongol or Albacore Tuna (salted or unsalted), drained

Sea salt to taste

3 slices whole wheat sandwich bread

3 leaves butter lettuce

Instructions:Put yogurt, curry powder, green onions, zest, dill, celery, raisins, tuna and salt into a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then spread on bread, top with lettuce and serve sandwiches
