Ingredients:
2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tbsp raw, unsalted sunflower seeds, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp while balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl, or use a jar with a tight lid and shake well.
1 tbsp = one serving
