Mexican Egg Scramble

Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 cup canned black beans
1 ounce reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons salsa

Make It
Scramble 3 egg whites with 1/4 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained) and 1 ounce reduced-fa tcheese. Top with 2 tablespoons salsa, or to taste.
