Summer Salad
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup mixed greens
3 oz boiled shrimp
1 oz goat cheese
1/2 cup orange segments
1 Tbsp chopped walnuts*
Whisk oil, vinegar, and juice. Toss with remaining ingredients.
