Marinated Garden Lentil Salad Pita
Ingredients
1/2
cup canned lentils, rinsed and drained
1/4
cup chopped carrots
1/4
cup chopped celery
1/4
cup chopped red bell pepper
3
tablespoons balsamic salad dressing
1
whole-wheat pita pocket (61/2-inch), cut in half
Directions
Make it:
Combine lentils, carrots, celery and pepper with salad dressing. Fill pita with mixture.
